Well, I can't access my blog right now, but I can post. I've experience my first hacking....
Every time I try to access my own blog, I get redirected to http://deplayer.net/ptp.html with someone talking a foreign language in the background. I don't know if everyone is having the same problem, but I have to assume so. I'm trying to solve it, but since I have no followers at the moment, no one will know about it.
Now, my question is, did this happen because I'm being affective? Or is it a coincidence? I do know that I noticed that yesterday I got my FIRST comment on a blog. Of course it wasn't a political blog, it was one of my religious ones, and it wasn't one I wrote. I looked up the guy who commented and he was an atheist. So he didn't care anything about what I write, but that I'm a Christian and he happens to bash Christians, because he doesn't like God. You know it takes more faith to be an atheist that to be a Christian? I have to wonder if he's the one who attacked me? Seems an awful coincidence, to happen at this time. But that's OK.
I can post anyway. Satan can't keep me down. You see, I woke up this morning, going to post my dream I had, so maybe that dream had significance, and I SHOULD post it after all.
Here's my dream: It started out, I was in my yard. It was obviously a generic yard, because it wasn't MY yard. I had a pile of rubble that was almost as high as me, and it was shaking. I thought to myself, that's peculiar. I don't remember thinking it might be an earthquake or anything, just wondering why it would be trying to fly away like that. Then a government official came into my yard. Again, I don't remember thinking it odd that he came onto my property without me asking him to, or being mad that he did. He asked what I was doing, and why my stuff was doing that. I said I honestly didn't know. Then I leaned around my shed, which is odd, because I don't own a shed, and looked at the sky and HOLY COW! The whole sky was about to erupt into a tornado! It was black and ugly and very threatening and you could see the funnel cloud in the distance coming straight for us! I told the government man, "There's a tornado coming straight for us!" He got on his radio and called it in. Another oddity, because we know in the current environment, the government doesn't listen to the average American. Then I headed to the house. As I'm walking to the house, my youngest son, Derek, is walking out. I scream all 3 of his names, which I am obviously not going to post on this blog, and to a child that should signal that you are in BIG TROUBLE! He ignored me and continued on his bee line straight towards the tornado! I could feel my heart jump into my throat! I screamed all 3 names again, with the panic rising! I just knew I was going to have to go INTO THAT TORNADO and get him out. I could see his molecules disappearing one by one into the tornado as I literally had to make my feet move towards him. I didn't want to go, BUT IT WAS MY CHILD disappearing into that tornado. I had no choice. I had to go.
I woke up with the panic still in my heart. I would have hated to take my blood pressure at that point. I woke up at 3:38 A.M. and never really got back to sleep. It's gonna be a long day. I almost woke up my son and slapped him for not listening to me, it was so real.
I have studied a little bit of Carl Jung. I know there is no such thing as a prescient dream, so I don't fear for his life or anything. I also know that most dreams are what is weighing heavy on your mind. I am a mother, but I am also a veteran. What weighs most on my mind right now is my country, and my children's future. My subconscious obviously just combined them. Perhaps I feel as if there is hope in some of our officials listening to us (the government man who called in the tornado). But maybe Derek represented the American people who are still asleep, and possibly sleep walking towards the doom that this administration will put us in if this health care bill passes.
Everyone is thinking, "Oh, don't worry, we'll just reverse it with the next vote." Oh, really? Y'all think it will be that easy? Obama is talking about taking over 1/6th of the economy. He's not only talking about that, but when everyone gets on Medicare, and Medicaid, it will COLLAPSE the economy. And, he's talking about taking over your care, medically, and some bureaucrat deciding who gets care. And if you think that isn't already happening, ask my dad. He had to fight to get care for prostate cancer. People like Obama have no problem walking into that tornado for their ideals. If it will progress their beliefs, they'll kill themselves, politically, physically, whatever it takes. In my dream, I had to MAKE my feet go, only because my child was being destroyed. Don't mess with a mother tiger when her young is in danger....but I was scared into fight or flight. Does Obama look scared? No, he's mad that the Democrats aren't sacrificing themselves and their careers like he is for "the cause."
Obama wasn't raised in America by patriotic Democrats. He was raised in first, Hawaii, then Indonesia. I lived in Hawaii for 4 years on a Navy base. They aren't very American-friendly. They've wanted their independence from America for a very long time. I've read a lot of articles that say that his mother was a Marxist, and didn't have American-friendly values. And now he's President of the United States. He's in a position to reset our government into what he was raised it should be. How very convenient. His mother would be so proud.
So, he doesn't run into that tornado to save American lives, does he? See how quickly he acted to make the decision about our troops? And then didn't give HIS general what he asked for, not even close. He gave him LESS than the minimum he asked for. He didn't even give him the minimum, let alone a compromise. Your general says we need 40,000 to 60,000 troops, and you give him 30,000? That means you don't care if win or not. You want America seen as weak.
I will go into the fray, not because I'm brave, but because I love my country. I fight, not because I'm brave, but because no one else will go. I fight, not because I'm brave, but because my children deserve a free country. When your nation calls you, will you go? Obama calls for useful idiots, because he doesn't care about who dies, even politically. I would die for freedom, but not as a useful idiot for Marxism. I will not reset the economy into oblivion.
We have to defeat this health care bill. It is just a hand out to get you used to being hand fed benefits. Can't you see the riots when the Republicans get in office and have to take free stuff away? Don't get used to any more "benefits." And I'm not going to be the pot calling the kettle black. As soon as my house sells, or as soon as I can convince my MIL to take a reverse mortgage and buy us out of our mortgage on the other house, we'll give up my son's SSI check. I fully understand not being able to give up benefits. That's what Obama is banking on. Get 'em hooked and it will collapse the economy and he can be the savior with Marxism. You think you can overthrow Marxism and bring back a Republic? Not likely.

Who's Walking Who - re Post
With the Health Care Summit, I thought I'd re Post this article of mine. It seems a good one to repost. Seems a lesson the President could take to heart. He made the comment that basically he's going to cram health care down our throats, and let the elections determine what the American people want. So, he's going to be partisan, all the way, with the Republicans under Glenn Beck's grandma's kitchen sink in a grease can, and all the Democrats better vote with him come Hell or high water. And then, if the American people are serious and really are aligned with some silly notion called principles and want to give up the gravy train, they can just vote them out of office. And he threatened all the Democrats and Republicans that if some of the Democrats were afraid of the American people, he didn't need 19 of them anyway, because he would push for the Nuclear option, or they changed the name to reconciliation because Bush called it Nuclear option and he didn't want to be Bush. But he coined the phrase you can put lipstick on a pig..... Well, Mr. President, you can throw as many people under the bus as you want, you're still a socialist and we know it.

I get inspiration from every day activities sometimes. I am, after all an average American. I'm just a mom. Today I walked my dog. I have a medium sized dog. She's a mixed breed; a beagle-Jack Russel Terrier mix. She's mostly Beagle by her actions. She'll eat anything but salad, and sleeps all day. But she's been cooped up all day in the house, all winter, because it's been too cold for ME to walk her.
That's when it hit me. Congress is so much like our dogs. We bought a small dog that we could control, as it should be, maybe even a medium sized dog. We wanted one strong enough to protect our interests. But we are still the masters. We train it. It's supposed to obey us.
While I was walking Trixie, I realized it's been so long since I walked her, she had forgotten a lot of her training. I had to keep her on a short leash with lots of corrections. She wanted to go where I didn't want her to go. But she's a fast learner. She tries to go just to the line of where I don't want her to go. I wanted her to stay off the neighbor's grass and on the sidewalks. She stopped with all four feet on the sidewalk, hung her butt over the edge of the sidewalk and marked her territory on the grass.
Congress and our illustrious President are doing the same thing. We, as Americans, have been asleep in our winter of inattention. They have forgotten their training. Now we're taking them for their first walk in a long time and they're not used to a leash. We want to keep our identity as Americans. They want another Europe. The grass is not always greener on the other side of the ocean. We know our history. You can rewrite history, but unless you plan on burning all the older history books, we already know what happened. There are too many home schoolers who have those older history books. Socialism doesn't work. We'll jerk your leash and get you back on the sidewalk.
See, the problem is, we sent a Beagle to congress to represent us, but it grew into a Pit Bull. It's out of control and now it's taking us for a walk. We're being pulled from fire hydrant to fire hydrant, dragged along by its every whim, and we don't like it. I think maybe it's time to make a trip to the pet store and trade this vicious dog in for a better trained one. What do you think, America?

Health Care Has Taken on a Personal Note
Well, health care has taken a personal turn. My parents, who have been Democrats all my life, and recently started correcting me and calling themselves Independent, are now firmly convinced there are death panels. I don't feel it my place to say who they voted for in the Presidential race, as that's confidential. I don't think my mom would give me permission to divulge that information to the nation, and I respect my elders. Besides, she'd kick my butt. And since I was raised not to strike my mother, I'd have to let her.
My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer a while back. He's going to be 78 years old in March. They are refusing to do surgery. He's on Medicare. My mom is a breast cancer survivor of 11 years and a retired nurse. She is pressing the issue and wanting to know WHY they won't consider surgery. They used the excuse that with his health issues, it wouldn't be wise. Health issues? My dad is in great health, except for this pesky little new issue that cropped up, called prostate cancer. He's been in a study for the past 20 years or so, that they test his prostate levels every year. His level has been 3 every year. This year it jumped to 14.6. Ya think it might need to be explored? Well, then they tested it again, and got a 4. The doctor thought something might be suspicious and did biopsies and found cancer.
My mom is not one to sit on things, she pushed things. She finally got a sort of explanation. They finally said that there are little spots all over and they would have to take the whole thing out, and they don't recommend that. She brought up my dad's dad, who had his prostate removed. They explained that when you have a prostate removed for a "going" problem, they don't actually remove the whole thing, but the middle of it. In dad's case, they would actually have to remove the WHOLE thing. Mom persisted and did finally get an appointment to see someone else besides this idiot.
I told dad, and Dad agrees with me that it's because he's on Medicare. They don't want to eat what Medicare doesn't pay. They know that Medicare won't pay for the whole thing. They're not stupid. I was on the phone with my mother, and dad is yelling in the background, "There are death panels!" I wonder what he would say if he heard me typing that he sounds just like Sarah Palin?
So, President Obama, even the loyal Democrats are waking up. Your base of voters are crumbling around you. When are you going to open your eyes? When are you going to see? How do you expect to ADD to the rolls of Medicare/Medicaid and not add to the deficit? How do you expect to not bankrupt America? How do you expect the hospitals and insurance companies to not go bankrupt? And you write in a little clause that says no cost shifting? And you think we are going to believe you when you try to say the hospitals and insurance companies are evil? You are the one who is evil. You want everyone coming to you for insurance. What then? Then, when the United States government can't afford it, you have to raise taxes. We'll be like all the other socialist countries, with a 70% tax rate on the middle class. Is that 100% for the upper class? Is that what you want, America?
I can say I did my best, I informed. My parents are awake. I guess I woke up 2 people. Maybe I should be content in that. I'll still stand on the Ramparts and inform as I feel I must. I still feel as if I must warn the Nation. God didn't tell me that anyone would listen, just to talk. I still feel like Pink Floyd: Is there anybody OUT THERE?

Dreams of Guardian Angels
I guess it was almost a year ago now. It's so hard when it's been so long to determine the exact date. I don't remember the date, but the dream is etched in my brain as if it were yesterday. I can narrow the date down. I drew the picture in November, because I told the dream to someone on asamom.org, and they said that was just the artwork that Glenn Beck was looking for. Of course, it never went anywhere. I'm not destined for fame. I'm destined for mediocrity, for no one knowing my name, and that's fine with me. I don't care if history knows my name. I care if history remembers America, if my children have the same sort of America that I grew up knowing. We moved into this house in April, so it was after that. I think it was around July or August, 2009. So that makes it 6 months ago. It seems like a life time ago.
This battle has gone on forever. And it is a battle for our freedom. No time in history has any president every attacked our own country so viciously. No President has ever stomped on the constitution so thoroughly. No president has ever called down the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address. So, a battle it is, and I feel battle torn and weary from the fight. Some days I have the strength for the fight, and some days I feel as if I fight alone. Some days I feel as if no one wants me to fight for them, so what's the use? Some days I'm ready to give all, and some days I'm ready to throw in the towel and just give in to a socialist Amerika if that's what everyone seems to want.
But, the dream is so fresh in my memory. I wanted to tell you about it. First, I didn't even know who Glenn Beck was. I thought he was a minor player. I thought he sometimes guest hosted other people's shows. I had no idea he had his own show. I heard he had a radio show, but had never listened to it. I didn't know he had a TV show, so had never seen it. This was before the mom show that aired, and before he called for everyone to meet him on the steps of the capitol on 9-12-09.
In my dream, there was an angel and she was bending over America. She had a broken wing so she couldn't fly. She couldn't defend America from her enemies. She was kneeling and crying with her head bowed. I felt helpless and didn't know what to do. I knew that America was in trouble if her Guardian Angel could no longer help her. The only thing I knew to do was to get every one together that I knew to pray for her. I called all my friends, every one I came into contact with, emailed, put the word out, that we needed to pray for America, and her Guardian Angel.
As we prayed for her, our prayers went up and transformed into bandaids and healed her wing that had been broken. She was strengthened through our prayers and was abled to fight for America once again. She rose up, and spread her wings to accept the bandaids, and that's when I awoke from my dream.
When I drew the picture, I placed 7 people praying for her because 7 is God's number. It was after I drew this picture that my son came to me and asked me to ask for prayer bells across America. I don't know how to do that. But the sentiment is the same. My son is 19 and Down Syndrome and autistic. I wish I could give him prayer bells across America, but I know we need to pray for America. Our prayers are the only thing that will heal the damage that this administration has done. There is a darkness that has taken hold of the White House. Obama can talk until he's blue in the face about his faith, but I will never believe it. His faith is not in my God. If it were, he would not be talking of the Muslims as "misbehaving." He would be calling terrorists what they are....terrorists. He would not be denying that this country is a God-based country. He would not be pushing a gay agenda. His lifestyle belies his true faith.
I emailed this dream to a clown friend of mine, because I thought it would make a great skit, and because it felt prophetic. I didn't want to tell anyone it felt prophetic....I don't want to feel like a nut... They didn't acknowledge me. But it's out there that I did it. They have been emailing me conservative stuff, when they're Democrats. Maybe it woke them up. I don't know. I know that the people in office aren't Democrats, but socialists and it scares me. I know Democrats that died for their country. This is not about party. This is about America. Bill Clinton didn't try to destroy America, or at least not this fast.
Please, anyone who reads this, or stumbles upon this site, Pray for America and her Guardian Angel.

Military Views
I've been open about my military experience. I was in the United States Navy from 1984 through 1988. It's been a while. I was an Ocean System Technician, Analyst. The rate doesn't exist anymore. My husband was in the Navy between 1981 through 2001. He was an Engineman. I only got to the rank of E-4. I PNA'd E-5 by .23 points. That's passed but not advanced. That means I passed the test to advance in rank, but enough other people also passed the test that they looked at the brownie points, how their superiors rated them, and I didn't rate as well as everyone else did. You see, I could do my job really well, but I didn't play the political game as well as everyone else did. Can you imagine that, knowing me now? There was one ribbon that I won, but wasn't allowed to wear because I wasn't a mobile unit that had I been allowed to actually wear it, I would have been advanced to E-5. I don't remember what it was now....my memory isn't as good as it once was. Would that have made a difference in me staying in? Probably not. You see, the OTA rate was full of prima donas.
Let me explain that statement. I was listening to my rate complain about barracks furniture not being up to their standards, while I dated a man telling me stories about hot racking it. Hot racking it is when 4 men are assigned to 3 beds. You have to wake up the person relieving you, so you have somewhere to sleep. You either change the sheets, or sleep in the same sheets he got out of. As a woman......ICKKKK. They were prima donas. I had originally tried to come into the Navy as a photographer. I tested too high, so they tried to put me into a highly technical rate. They said had I been male, I would have gone into a nuclear rate. That's not conceit, that's the Navy trying to push the highly technical rates. I thought I was going into an electronic rate....which had a civilian equivalant. But the month before I went in, they split the rate into those who analyzed the data, and those who worked on the equipment. I analyzed the data. No civilian equivalant.
So, after 3 years of high stress, I decided to cross rate to photographer. My dad had already taught me how to develop black and white film. I researched it and it was not required that I go to A-school. All I had to do was get my PARS signed off and do the training. I approached my Chief and asked him. He said he would not support that decision. I went to the other base ON MY OWN TIME and got everything signed off. I brought everything to him. I explained to him that it wasn't A-school required, that all I had to do was take the Photographer 3rd class exam (PH3) test and I could laterally convert. Instead of being an OTA3, I would be a PH3. He told me he had pulled strings with people he knew in Washington, D.C. and it was A-school required FOR ME. And the first opening wasn't available for 14 months. I had 12 months left on my enlistment. Or something to that effect. Whatever it was, it would require an extension on my enlistment.
I loved the Navy. I was what they called a lifer. I would have stayed in for at least 20 years, had they let me. I told them I would extend my enlistment if they put in that they would guarentee that I would have adminstrative duties for that entire time, they would keep me off the floor. They said they couldn't do that. I got out.
While I was in the Navy, I had a friend that was gay. Now you know where this article is really going. She was a really nice lady, mostly. She was enlisted. She mostly left me alone, but I considered us friends. She knew I was straight. She told me one time that most women in the military that were gay liked to bend straight women. It was more of a challenge than dating already gay women. She did just that. She dated a previously straight officer. The enlisted woman ended up getting put out of the military, while the officer claimed that she was blackmailed into the relationship, and got off scott free....no charges. I knew my friend. I don't think there was blackmail, maybe coercion, but not blackmail. There might have been remorse on the part of the officer, so what? A reason to destory another person's career?
That said, this was a time of don't ask, don't tell. I knew she was, she knew I knew, we didn't discuss it very often. I didn't have to stay in the same barracks room with her so it didn't matter to me. She had a desk right next to mine, but that was as close as we got. We sometimes socialized, but we were friends, like having a male friend. But if you think it was all quiet back then, you've been under a rock. We had women openly dancing together in the enlisted club and kissing. This was in the mid-1980's. Now you couldn't be a man and openly gay, but it was nothing to be a woman and openly gay. If you were a man on a ship and it was found out you were gay, you got thrown overboard. I asked one time why that was. Why didn't the women get thrown out? Why was it so prevailant? I was told, discretely, that there were too many women high up that were gay.
My opinion is that I would rather share a barracks room with a man than a gay woman. After hearing from my friend (and remember, I'm not a homophobe...I considered her a friend) that it was a sort of hobby of her and her friends to bend straight women. They considered it a challenge. If you lived in the same room, would they take no for an answer today? This was 25 years ago. Times were much different 25 years ago. What do you do now, when someone makes a pass at you in your own room? Can you imagine the stress that's gonna put on our military? Now they not only have to worry about the enemy, but friends. And what if they don't take the advances....I've lived with an abuser, it's not any fun. As a matter of fact it was so stressful on me, it caused me to develop epilepsy. Can we put as much stress on our soldiers and sailors as possible?
I believe this is another step at demoralization of our country. You can see the video that was uncovered by someone on asamom.org that I posted at the top of my blog. It's a former KGB agent telling how it would happen (since it was filmed possible around 1986 - it's not dated) when it comes. He said that if America falls, we won't have anywhere to defect to. He also said that if people think they want a Marxist-Leninist utopia and they bring about the fall of America, they will become disillusioned when they don't get that utopia and join the desentors. That's when the people pulling their strings (in our case I suppose that would be China) would swoop in and eliminate them. His words, not mine.
Demoralizing, sort of like pushing the gay agenda? I think you need to take a look at the morals of other nations. One of the arguments for giving up control of the internet is that America lets too much garbage on it. They say our free speech lets on too much triple x stuff, and if they had control, they would censor that off. China and most other countries haven't suffered that "moral decline." So, when America falls, and China swoops in to take over, do you think the gays will have any rights? No. So, who are the far let trying to please? They aren't pleasing me. Are they pleasing you? Are these your values? What is the numbers in America that is gay? Why are we pandering to 1.51% of the population (according to a "broad-based coalition of gay rights organizations and homosexual advocacy groups." And this includes gay, lesbian and bi-sexual. Have to admit it doesn't include transgender. Oh, just found another .7% for gay men as a separate catagory, and lesbians as .32%. This was found on http://www.adherents.com/adh_dem.html. We are going to let 2.53% of the population let our morals go down the tubes, and threaten the security of our military?
Now I'm all for free speech, and letting them have their say. I fought for that. But when 2.53% of the population of America starts to determine policy? That's not a Republic....that's a Banana Republic.
Let me explain that statement. I was listening to my rate complain about barracks furniture not being up to their standards, while I dated a man telling me stories about hot racking it. Hot racking it is when 4 men are assigned to 3 beds. You have to wake up the person relieving you, so you have somewhere to sleep. You either change the sheets, or sleep in the same sheets he got out of. As a woman......ICKKKK. They were prima donas. I had originally tried to come into the Navy as a photographer. I tested too high, so they tried to put me into a highly technical rate. They said had I been male, I would have gone into a nuclear rate. That's not conceit, that's the Navy trying to push the highly technical rates. I thought I was going into an electronic rate....which had a civilian equivalant. But the month before I went in, they split the rate into those who analyzed the data, and those who worked on the equipment. I analyzed the data. No civilian equivalant.
So, after 3 years of high stress, I decided to cross rate to photographer. My dad had already taught me how to develop black and white film. I researched it and it was not required that I go to A-school. All I had to do was get my PARS signed off and do the training. I approached my Chief and asked him. He said he would not support that decision. I went to the other base ON MY OWN TIME and got everything signed off. I brought everything to him. I explained to him that it wasn't A-school required, that all I had to do was take the Photographer 3rd class exam (PH3) test and I could laterally convert. Instead of being an OTA3, I would be a PH3. He told me he had pulled strings with people he knew in Washington, D.C. and it was A-school required FOR ME. And the first opening wasn't available for 14 months. I had 12 months left on my enlistment. Or something to that effect. Whatever it was, it would require an extension on my enlistment.
I loved the Navy. I was what they called a lifer. I would have stayed in for at least 20 years, had they let me. I told them I would extend my enlistment if they put in that they would guarentee that I would have adminstrative duties for that entire time, they would keep me off the floor. They said they couldn't do that. I got out.

What's Wrong With Ceding Control of the Internet?
So, President Obama would like us to Cede control of the Internet to other authorities. And what, ask you, is wrong with that? After all, the Diversity Czar thinks it's time for those in control to step down and let others have a chance at control, right? I believe those are close to his actual words. To tell you the truth, it's so traumatic, what all these Czars are doing to my country, my mind is doing it's best to block it out. I personally (and mind you, this is PERSONAL OPINION) think that anyone who spouts communist theories and is in the government ought to be tried for treason. I did after all, spend 4 years, and my husband spent 20 years, in the United States Navy fighting all enemies of freedom, both foreign and domestic. But I digress.
First a little history: According to "A Brief History of the Internet" by Walt Howe and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-

Licklider of MIT, first proposed a global network of computers in 1962, and moved over to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in late 1962 to head the work to develop it. Leonard Kleinrock of MIT and later UCLA developed the theory of packet switching, which was to form the basis of Internet connections. Lawrence Roberts of MIT connected a Massachusetts computer with a California computer in 1965 over dial-up telephone lines. Wow, so the founders of the Internet are from Massechusetts. They are going against Ted Kennedy. Apparently in 1968, Ted Kennedy sent them a congratulatory telegram when he found out.
"E-mail was adapted for ARPANET by Ray Tomlinson of BBN in 1972." ARPANET is the name of the Internet in the beginning.
"The Internet matured in the 70's as a result of the TCP/IP architecture first proposed by Bob Kahn at BBN and further developed by Kahn and Vint Cerf at Stanford and others throughout the 70's. It was adopted by the Defense Department in 1980 replacing the earlier Network Control Protocol (NCP) and universally adopted by 1983."
So, as you can see, it was designed by Americans, developed by Americans, and controlled by Americans since the late 1960's. One can say that's a monopoly, or a good thing. Let's look at the difference between our country and other countries.
We have free speech in our country. I have this blog, where I can criticize the policies of our government without fear that black helicopters will land outside my house and take me away in the middle of the night. At least not yet. I don't need to worry that men in black suits will appear at my door and rush me out in handcuffs for my opinions because they are in opposition to the current administration. At least not yet.
On Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010, the Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko announced that he signed an order stating that he would be monitoring all Internet use. Is that free speech? He set up a site explaining what would be available on the Internet from now on....is that free speech? Is that what America wants? That's what we'll get if Russia gets control of the Internet. That's probably what we'll get if the United Nations gets control of the Internet.
According to http://www.chinatechnews.com/2009/09/11/10538-chinas-internet-cafe-associations-publish-joint-declaration China is cracking down on illegal internet cafes. Thus "promoting the healthy development of the Internet cafe industry in China, these associations announced in the declaration that they will voluntarily purify the Chinese Internet cafe market, stimulate the civilized operation of Internet cafes, prevent young people from abusing Internet cafes, improve the environment of Internet cafes, eliminate potential security risks, and protect the legitimate rights of Chinese consumers." They will also "resist vulgar Internet content, eliminate harmful information from the Internet, and protect intellectual property rights and copyrights in Internet cafes to create a good Internet environment. They will also self-discipline themselves and encourage fair competition."
Now, this after Wikipedia states that the Chinese does not censor the Internet. I would say this skirts really close to censorship. Do we want that in America? Do we want someone telling us that that particular site is unauthorized? That particular information is vulgar? What would the left think? Someone swoops in and says, "I'm sorry, you can't pee on the Mona Lisa and call it art." I'm sorry, we've suddenly decided that homosexuality is devient behavior and it's not allowed anymore. Wow, what would the left say to that? Free speech would go down the tubes. Of course right now, free speech is in jeopardy because the right wants it, but what happens when the left wants to say something. Have they thought of that? Does China promote the homosexual agenda? I wonder.... That's what we would have if China got control of the Internet.
Another option is to give control over to the United Nations. Really? According to http://news.cnet.com/Will-the-U.N.-run-the-Internet/2010-1071_3-5780157.html several countries have weighed in with their opinions.
• Syria: "There's more and more spam every day. Who are the victims? Developing and least-developed countries, too. There is no serious intention to stop this spam by those who are the transporters of the spam, because they benefit...The only solution is for us to buy equipment from the countries which send this spam in order to deal with spam. However, this, we believe, is not acceptable."
• Brazil, responding to ICANN's approval of .xxx domains: "For those that are still wondering what Triple-X means, let's be specific, Mr. Chairman. They are talking about pornography. These are things that go very deep in our values in many of our countries. In my country, Brazil, we are very worried about this kind of decision-making process where they simply decide upon creating such new top-level generic domain names."
• China: "We feel that the public policy issue of Internet should be solved jointly by the sovereign states in the U.N. framework...For instance, spam, network security and cyberspace--we should look for an appropriate specialized agency of the United Nations as a competent body."
Ghana: "There was unanimity for the need for an additional body...This body would therefore address all issues relating to the Internet within the confines of the available expertise which would be anchored at the U.N."
Let's see. Erase all of our propriety rights. It doesn't matter that we devoloped it, we invented it, and we have free speech in this country. They don't like free speech. Syria says they don't like being spammed and don't want to buy our software to stop the spam. So, develop your own software to stop the spam. Oh, we have the technology and you don't? Send some of your people to our schools. Oh, that would mean contributing to a capitalist form of government and it goes against your principals? Get over it. Brazil doesn't like the triple X sites? Don't go to them, because we don't believe in censorship. The solution isn't spread censorship to all nations, whether they want it or not. And China? I think they just said we weren't competent...they can loan us money, but we can't be trusted to run the Internet? I think we need to give them the brush off. And why they heck do we need to listen to Ghana? Their population: Population: 23,832,495. The population of Texas: Population: 22,118,509. I think Texas could just about kick your butt in a fight. Why do we need to listen to Ghana? Do they have a dog in this hunt?
So, monopoly doesn't apply in this instance. It's a matter of we know how to play fair and they don't. Do you want someone who doesn't have our principles making the rules for the game? Do you want someone who cheats telling you how to play the game? Oh, we have those people in Congress already. Well, we can fix that situation. Elect Patriots.

President Obama is not a Bolshevik?
So, President Obama stood in front of the Republican Caucus and told them there were those calling him a Bolshevik for wanting Universal Health care. He denied the claim. Well, I had to look that term up. As an Average American, I didn't know the subtleties of that term. Bolshevik: a member of an extreme Russian Social Democratic Party; a communist.
So, I know in my gut what a socialist is, but I wanted to look up that term so I had a full understanding of that term, too. There were several slightly subtle differences in the meanings, depending on the article you looked at. I'll list all 3 that I found:

The scariest of these is number 2 of the middle one and the last definition. We've already stated that they believe in evolution, even in theories. They believe that we are evolving into something else. We believe we are de-evolving, eroding down the chain of evolution and collapsing into chaos. The only glimmer of hope in the last definition is the fact that we know that socialism doesn't work. We have the examples of history.
Now, how did President Obama Lie? He said he's not a far left socialist. He doesn't want to control the economy with a centralized government? What would you call calling down the Supreme Court in public and saying he would go around them and reverse their decision? I would call that getting rid of the checks and balances and setting up a dictatorship. We have checks and balances written into our government on purpose, just so that one branch of government can't get stronger than the other ones. One branch can't (or isn't supposed to) be stronger than the other ones. Congress can't bully through laws without the President's OK, and the Supreme court saying it's constitutional. That's in case we have a Congress and President controlled by one party. The president can't come in, wipe out all of the Supreme court and elect a whole new one who will agree with him. Why do you think they hold that post for life? From one term through the next? Checks and balances. Do you think the far left would let a Republican president do this? What if Congress were all Republican and blocked out the few Democrats and didn't let them decide any policies, but the President were Democrat, or Socialist? Would he stand there and say, Now you Democrats need to get behind the Republicans and be bipartisan and quit stalling and let them do their job? Heck no!
So, what have been his policies this past year? He's been pushing a health care bill down America's throat and trying to tell everyone that America needs it. He started out saying that everyone wanted it. Polls show that as high as 61% of Americans don't want it. The lowest number I've seen is 57% don't want it. That's still a high percentage. He quit saying America wanted it and started saying America deserved it. So, now he's our big brother and knows better than we do what we deserve? Don't tell me I will keep my health care plan. If it changes to be an approved health care plan, maybe I don't want to keep it. Maybe I'll want to change, and I won't have the option. Maybe, because of you, Mr. President, I'll be stuck with it, because it will be taken over by the government and the only option I'll have. Government health care is a socialist agenda. Strike one.
He swooped in and took over several banks...oops bailed them out. Lets see, that means the government could tell them how to spend their money, who to lend to, how to pay their executives, when they could go on vacation, for Pete's sake. Remember that? Government take over...oops bail out, of the banks is socialist. Strike two.
He swooped in again and bailed out the car industry. They, like the banks were just too big to fail. Americans would be in too much trouble if GM failed, so our big brother, Barack Obama, and to save us. Now he gets to determine how the big guys get paid. And have you noticed how the federal government has suddenly started recalling, through safety regulations, so many OTHER car industry's car parts, which were not bailed out? If they have to recall so many of their cars, they might need a bail out, too. Taking over private industry ... oops I mean bailing them out, is a socialist agenda. Strike three.
Now, in his State of the Union address, he wants to create a program for every American to be able to college. That's the American dream, to be able to go to college. Well, work for it. National run college now? And he's not a socialist? That's a socialist program, too. Strike four.
So, how many strikes are we going to give him before we wake up and call a pig a pig? And I'm sure I didn't even get to all of his socialist agenda. This is just the blatant ones that I see, as an average American. Go back up and look at the definitions of socialist. It's government takeover of businesses. Look at what government has done to the housing industry. Look at how the Fed controls our housing market by controlling the interest rate. I always thought the Fed was part of the Federal government....not so. They are a private company. So, socialism is against private industry, right. Look at that last one again. Some socialism doesn't mind (or tolerate) capitalism as long as the government is the dominant influence, and they are the ones who get the profit. They can milk that government cow, but no one else can. And they'll pretend they're for the little people, but they would just as soon get rid of the little people. Do you know why they don't? If they did, it would get rid of the cash cow. It's kind of like, I'll milk the cow, but do I have to touch it? Or, will someone else bait my hook for me? I don't want to touch the worm.....

So, I know in my gut what a socialist is, but I wanted to look up that term so I had a full understanding of that term, too. There were several slightly subtle differences in the meanings, depending on the article you looked at. I'll list all 3 that I found:

The scariest of these is number 2 of the middle one and the last definition. We've already stated that they believe in evolution, even in theories. They believe that we are evolving into something else. We believe we are de-evolving, eroding down the chain of evolution and collapsing into chaos. The only glimmer of hope in the last definition is the fact that we know that socialism doesn't work. We have the examples of history.
Now, how did President Obama Lie? He said he's not a far left socialist. He doesn't want to control the economy with a centralized government? What would you call calling down the Supreme Court in public and saying he would go around them and reverse their decision? I would call that getting rid of the checks and balances and setting up a dictatorship. We have checks and balances written into our government on purpose, just so that one branch of government can't get stronger than the other ones. One branch can't (or isn't supposed to) be stronger than the other ones. Congress can't bully through laws without the President's OK, and the Supreme court saying it's constitutional. That's in case we have a Congress and President controlled by one party. The president can't come in, wipe out all of the Supreme court and elect a whole new one who will agree with him. Why do you think they hold that post for life? From one term through the next? Checks and balances. Do you think the far left would let a Republican president do this? What if Congress were all Republican and blocked out the few Democrats and didn't let them decide any policies, but the President were Democrat, or Socialist? Would he stand there and say, Now you Democrats need to get behind the Republicans and be bipartisan and quit stalling and let them do their job? Heck no!
So, what have been his policies this past year? He's been pushing a health care bill down America's throat and trying to tell everyone that America needs it. He started out saying that everyone wanted it. Polls show that as high as 61% of Americans don't want it. The lowest number I've seen is 57% don't want it. That's still a high percentage. He quit saying America wanted it and started saying America deserved it. So, now he's our big brother and knows better than we do what we deserve? Don't tell me I will keep my health care plan. If it changes to be an approved health care plan, maybe I don't want to keep it. Maybe I'll want to change, and I won't have the option. Maybe, because of you, Mr. President, I'll be stuck with it, because it will be taken over by the government and the only option I'll have. Government health care is a socialist agenda. Strike one.
He swooped in and took over several banks...oops bailed them out. Lets see, that means the government could tell them how to spend their money, who to lend to, how to pay their executives, when they could go on vacation, for Pete's sake. Remember that? Government take over...oops bail out, of the banks is socialist. Strike two.

Barack Obama and the Prom Queen
I just realized what America is like. It's like America has been at a bar. America has been busy partying, drinking away, some have never drank before and are a bit tipsy. Those are the ones who are excited about having a black man for president. Whoo Hoo! It's a party. He is a handsome man! Did they even listen to the words he was saying when he was in campaign mode? Who cares? Just look at him? He's gonna represent us when he gets in office. We've been held down so many years. Does it matter that we were held down by his kind? Kind of like the big Frat boy who comes in and there's Betty, on the bar dancing because she's had one too many. He talks her into taking her top off. Pretty soon he's got her not only dancing on the bar with out her top, he's slipped her a date rape drug in her drink, and walked her home.
Then he invited the rest of the frat house over. That would SEIU, the prescriptions drug companies, whoever he can think of. Now some of them have scruples. They see poor Betty just lying there and they start discussing how, now this just ain't right. The big frat guy knows this drug ain't gonna last forever...he starts bribing, cajoling and badgering them to get in line.
He finally gets everyone in line. That's when the policies start coming....the rape of the Prom Queen. Well, that's about the time the drug starts to wear off. Now America wakes up...but it's a bit too late. Everything is in place. Do you think she'll be upset? She may turn into Carrie at the Prom.....Have you heard the phrase Hell hath no furry like a woman scorned?
What we are doing is banging on the door, trying to wake her up because we are the neighbors who hear the party going on next door and we saw them drag her in. We know she's not conscious. We are concerned citizens who can't watch and do nothing. Can we wake her before it's too late? We don't need another Carrie. I saw that movie...it didn't end well.

Trust Me, I'm With The Government, I'm Here to Help
Well, I was always the rebel child, and I recognize condescension when I hear it. I recognize patronizing speaking when I hear it. I recognize telling people what they want to hear, when I hear it. Did he hold a private conference with all the Progressives and say, don't worry, I don't mean a word I'm about to say? You have Bobble-head Biden and Puppet Master Pelosi in the background. Why do I call them that? Well, I saw Speaker Pelosi grab the President of the United States and pull him in and say something to him. Now, who in their right mind, would do that? Since when does the Speaker of the House think she can shake the hand of the President of the Free World and feel she has enough power to pull him towards her for a comment? Rather familiar, aren't we? He was almost caught off balance. Is she the Puppet Master? Is President Obama the Key Master? We have got to get the two of these together...no wait, different movie. Who ya gonna call?
And how dare he start out mentioning the constitution, the man who has stomped all over it. Is he trying to pull together the tea party movement? Is he placating, or what? As an overall critique, I counted 3 blame Bush's, 1 blame Americans, 3 blame Wall Street and a couple blame the banks. But I was watching and not keeping close count. I have to admit, this is the first State of the Union address I have watched all the way through, ever. I also caught him in 4 lies. Me, and I am new to politics, caught him in 4 lies. I'm not a political analyst. I am an average American citizen, a mom. And I caught him in lies. I'm worried because my children's future is at stake.
1. He said he was against the bank bailouts. Didn't he do them? He sold us on it. He told us it was necessary. He told us it was a good thing. Now he's against them?
2. He told us if we had done nothing unemployment would be double what it is now. WHAT? He told us if we do nothing, unemployment will go as high as 8%....it's 10.5 reported if you don't count the people who have given up....if you count the people who have given up, I believe the numbers are as high as 17%...I don't have those numbers on hand. We HAD to do the stimulus because to do nothing would be BAD. Now doing nothing would have caused 20% umemployment? Wait, is that new math?
3. You can keep your doctors and your plan. I have read the health care plan. I know this is a lie. If ANYTHING in your health care plan changes, a deductible, they drop a doctor, ANY ONE SINGLE THING, the plan goes away. In the senate version, if the insurance company is out of compliance, they will be fined $1 per life covered PER DAY that they are out of compliance. Let's say they have 1 million people covered. The Secretary of Heath services says they're out of compliance.....they owe 1 million dollars a day until they are in compliance. Can they rewrite the policy in one day?
4. The health care bill will reduce the deficit. This might be a lie on the surface, but if you count all the insurance companies that will be out of compliance, it might be the truth. And if you count the death panels and the number of people the health care will kill, it might be the truth. Now, libs, don't tell me there aren't death panels. Can you say mammogram guidelines? There's also a line in there about insurance companies will use established guidelines to determine what they will pay for, and what to cover. So, who can just go out and pay for a mammogram if their insurance company doesn't? I can't. Insurance company says no, you don't get one. I got breast cancer at the age of 41. I'd be dead.
Now, for specifics. He mentioned struggles. How does he know about struggles? He lived a life of privilege. Didn't he have a step father in the embassy? Then he got sent to his Hawaiian banker grandmother? He got a grant for college? Where's the struggle? Oh, he's read about it. Let's see, my brother got given a car, he didn't take care of it. He bought one and took care of that one. It's different when you live through it versus reading about it.
He talks about taxing all the big banks. Did he take any economic classes? I did. If you tax a company, do you think they will consider it their patriotic duty to just absorb that? No. They are going to pass it along to their consumers. They are going to suddenly start charging for everything. Just like suddenly we have to pay for every bag we check on the airlines. Oh, it's to pay for gas. That's like taking a cab ride and having to pay for the gas, too. Why doesn't he just shut down the banks? Because he knows the American people would scream socialism. They did that in the early 1900's. Have you noticed the definitions on the internet lately? No one really can tell you what socialism is. It's taking over the banks, businesses, by the government. This way he can regulate them out of business and say he didn't do it on a socialist ticket. Because what do you think the American people are going to do when their banks start charging them for everything...no more free checks, charges for transfers, charges for more than 5 auto transfers to cover a bounced check or whatever? They are going to look for a smaller bank. The big banks are going to be looking for a bail out, or they're going to collapse. And he said that all with that angry face...that's his I had to say it face.
And we didn't get a tax break....I didn't see it in my paycheck. I saw withholding go down. I mentioned that in my introduction. Am I going to owe it back? I'll let you know after I file.
And he did that whole "I don't accept second place for America," speech? Where did this patriotism come from? Since when is he even remotely patriotic? Since he became president? Since he's promoting a socialist Amerika? And that's not a typo, I think he wants Amerika. He knows so much better than WE, THE PEOPLE, what is best for us. It's like Hilary, I'm not a Democrat, I'm a Progressive. Progressive = Socialist. In her own words, America.
The sarcasm was just dripping from his speech, even the "I thought I'd get applause with that one." The Republicans could feel it. They don't like being locked out of the process. Even when the Republicans did have a majority, they didn't close the door and say you don't matter, Democrats, we're going to just forget you exist. And he speaks of trust? He wants transparency, without calling down the Democrats for hiding behind closed doors and making policy. And actually stand there and say he doesn't have lobbyists? Does he think we're all stupid? I've been in politics for a year, I may be naieve, but I ain't stupid. I know how to do research. And I don't get all my information from one spot, either.
And as a side note, someone should tell Pelosi that we can see her read the telepromter. Let the President read his own teleprompter. We don't need to know that you know before us what he's gonna say. At least pretend you don't know what he's gonna say.
And through the whole "pick yourself up by your bootstraps" part of the speech, he looked so bored. He doesn't believe or care if Americans are tough. He wants Americans to be European. Why is it that he can come up with such passion when another country needs help?
And in closing, I have a question? Where was the shout out to the police officers who took down the Fort Hood terrorist? I mean, they were sitting right beside your wife, Mr. President. Did you not see them? I mean, she is a petite little thing, sitting next to that Amazon of a woman. And I don't know her partner's politics, did you overlook him because they don't match yours, or because he's in the military? Or is it just because Major Hasan is Muslim, and we shouldn't jump to conclusions?
I may live in Texas currently, but I was born in Missouri. Show me I can trust you. Until then I feel like I stepped into Men In Black...Trust me, I'm with the government, I'm here to help. Only Will Smith is better looking.
